We work with literally hundreds of different insurance plans, each with various benefit rules. Therefore, it is IMPOSSIBLE to give you a guaranteed quote at the time of service. We ESTIMATE your treatment costs based on the most up-to-date information we have, but it is ONLY AN ESTIMATE.
When considering various treatment options for patients, Dr. Phelps will recommend what is the best treatment approach for your child. We work hard to help you achieve the greatest possible dental benefits through your insurance, but many policies are inadequate for certain specific dental needs. We encourage you to not let your dental benefit limitations stand in the way of your child’s excellent dental health.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. You will receive a monthly statement. Typically, insurance companies will respond to a claim in four to six weeks. If your statement does not show the insurance payment within that time, contact us. You are responsible for any remaining balance after your insurance has paid their part. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If needed, monthly payments can be arranged, but this must be done before the procedure takes place.
